Unfortunatly i ordered the asiago steak sandwich and they had to use another bread. because they were out of the normal bread. and the chicken tortellini was from a can. not fresh as expected.

Had the mac and cheese and it was still cold. Maybe 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It was good but would have tasted so much better if it was actually heated up to the right temperature. Not very good for a first impression, but I will return to see if I can get a pleasant experience the next time around. Customer service was okay, nothing extraordinary but sufficient.

I will start this by saying I LOVE Panera, I would eat there at least weekly if they were closer. This location is the most convenient but it’s still about a 20 minute drive. The downside is this location is by far the worst Panera I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible, the service is slow, and they are always out of breads. I’ve been here probably 7 or 8 times and they always manage to run out of bread or screw up my order. Tonight I decided a salad sounded great so I drove the 20 minutes to find out they closed at 7 for a staff meeting. Who has a staff meeting at 7PM when they serve dinner? I showed up a 6:58 and they turned me away. From the reviews I see from others it sounds like this is just a terrible location. Either way I’d drive the extra few minutes to go to alderwood.

This place was delicious! It was my first time going here and I was pleasantly suprised! I’ll be coming here more often. Place was clean, no line. I had the chicken and ham on flat bread.

I ordered a $ 40 dinner to go. Food was bad. Small portions. The baguettes were thrown in the bag just sitting on top, no container.

This Panera is a dump! There is always a line to order and you can see 5 employee’s milling around in back. How about opening up another register? Or clear the tables? People can’t grasp the«self busing» concept! Why are you always out of white bread for the grilled cheese? Why are you always out of wild rice and chicken soup? Maybe you should make more if you know there is a demand! Maybe you should cruise the dining room and boot out the obvious street person who is asleep. And the Panera rewards program is absolutely the worst program ever!

I like Panera for what it is, fast, relatively healthy options. I go to the Edmonds location and the Alderwood mall with no issues. Because I work in Everett I have tried using the drive thru occasionally. 4 out of 5 times something is incorrect in my order. Something on my salad that was asked to be left off, wrong side, wrong soup, hot coffee instead of iced, etc. The coffee of course I realized right away, but took it anyway since I have a short lunch break and didn’t have time to wait. The other things I didn’t realize until getting back to work. I stopped going, but after about a year I thought it might have turned around. I ordered the«rapid pickup» online because I wanted to make a couple minor changes to a sandwich and figured that was a safe way to make sure it got entered correctly. Nope, still had mayo, no mustard added, and no bottle of orange juice.(My fault for not checking the bag for the drink, but the bag was folded down with a piece of tape and the receipt attached where I could clearly see the orange juice on it). If you’re into accuracy, this location isn’t for you.

Twice now we’ve had bad experiences here. Showed up at 10:45 ordered breakfast(till 11 on weekends). After ordering we were told they didn’t have what we ordered anymore so we order something else. Manager comes out and says we can’t order breakfast cause it was to close to 11. Then we find out they don’t have small plates. This place will lose my business and I will find another location. Manager also wanted to argue with another patron ordering coffee and bakery items.

Best Sandwhich Place Hands Down. Drive Thru’s Awesome. Went Twice In The First Three Days It Was Open… Was Decently Busy But Not Too Crazy. Customer Service Was A 9 Out Of 10. Love Going There & Will Keep Going There.

This was my first time at Panera bread. A guy I talk to a lot works at another location and he recommended I try Panera. The line was long but once ordered, the food came up pretty quick. I ordered a full tuna sandwich(about $ 6) and a chive and onion cream cheese bagel(about $ 2.50). To drink, I had a 16 oz hazelnut coffee. The coffee was outstanding because the hazelnut was dominant. Not a subtle hazelnut like most hazelnut coffees. The cream cheese bagel was enough to get full, but like a true Unilocaler, I ate the tuna sandwich as well. The guy(a blonde haired gentlemen with a beard) was super friendly. He had a great sense of humor too. All and all, great service, nummy food, and decently priced. I sure hope my doctor doesn’t Unilocal

My previous review focused on the fact that my order has been incorrect many times. This problem never really got fixed but I continued to frequent Panera as I love their lunch options in the area I work in that lacks things such as a good salad. I just learned to double check my food before leaving. :) This review is based solely on my experience today @ 2pm, a slower time of the day for lunch. Upon entering, there was 2 customers paying and 1 waiting to be helped. The 1 was helped by the 1 person working the register. She wanted a loaf of bread sliced. This task must have taken 3 – 4 minutes in which we stood watching his back as he slowly sliced the bread for this customer, never acknowledging us. While standing there, several employees from the kitchen area noticed us just standing there not being helped. There were 7 employees in the kitchen/drive thru area… 7! Once the customer was given her bread, the employee(the only employee working the front) then walked past the registers and towards another employee and started talking to them about that employees break. Wait, what? Do you not see us? We have been standing here patiently awaiting our order being taken. It’s one thing to wait for your food to be made, it’s another thing to not even have the order in the system. We stood listening to him talk to another employee about that employee going on break. Then he walked back to his register and asked us if we had decided on our order. Really? We then told him we had decided to leave as we had waited so long. He did apologize and said he was helping a customer. We pointed out that we understood that part but then we waited as he talked to another employee and didn’t even acknowledge us. Knowing how long we stood there and not even said hello to or that he’d be with us soon, he failed us on a customer service level. I have no problem waiting to be helped, waiting for my food, etc. I DO have a problem with being treated like a ghost. Basic customer service 101. At this point, I do think I’m done giving my money to this business. I certainly tried to look past certain issues for the past 2 years but it’s time to end this relationship. Goodbye Panera Everett… I’ll miss your souffles for breakfast, your thai salads for lunch, your broccoli cheddar soup, your frosted shortbread cookies, your mango smoothies… but like an abusive relationship, I must stand up for myself and my wallet. xo

I love their food. I have heard about them in Vancouver and always wanted to try so I got the bacon and egg bagel and in my mind the sandwich would have a hole in the middle and yup no hole in the middle. As well the sandwich was quite big. It tasted as if the bagel was pan friend or something. But it was nice and had a bit of crisp to it. I also got the Chai tea Latte and the Chai Tea Latte was ok. I had it cold and so not sure if its because there are too much ice or something at the end the Chai tea latte tasted like nothing. The sandwiches are made fresh by order. As well, this place has lots of seats. Showed up around 10 am and we were the first to show up at the restaurant. I heard their soup are delicious and I will definitely come back to try it another time.

Absolutely the worst. Stood in line for 5 minutes while some guy places a BIG order. No offer to call someone else, etc. I am 3rd in line and after helping the guy in front of me, she starts processing the first large order. I say«can someone else come help.» No, there is no one. Well, what about one of the 4 people standing in the back. Looks like they are not busy. She yells at one of them and the cook(manager, I think) comes out. Guy has no clue what he’s doing because we sat after placing our order for 2 simple bagels, toasted, with cream cheese. We would still be sitting there if my husband had not gotten up and gone to the cashier and asked her about our food. Uh… oh…The«free» cherry danish was awful… doughy, small, not good. Watched another man, obviously on his way to work, get the wrong food. Had to re-order and get it to go this time. No coffee by the time I was ready for a refill. Had to wait for that. This place is just a mess. It’s dirty(no one cleans tables) and there is usually only one person on the cash register. Just awful. How does it stay in business? No clue… but never, ever, again.

This place is the best Panera bread around. Absolute best tasting food and service. Richard A the manager was awesome. The best customer service ever. Thank you Panera, you should be happy to have him on your team.

Madly in love with their Mac n’ cheese! It’s to die for! And of course their strawberry low fat smoothie is always also a bonus! So delicious and healthy! I love it!!!

I am always impressed by the quality of their ingredients and how delicious their menu options are. Today I tried their Flatbread Sandwiches for the first time: the Tomato Mozzarella. The first thing I noticed was how incredible it smelled in my car: it drove me crazy! And the smell was just the beginning. Panera never disappoints.

This location is absolutely horrible!!! Was really excited to see one open right down the road from me so I didn’t always have to drive out to alderwood. My first experience at this location got my usual French onion soup and Greek salad. My Greek salad had blue cheese crumbles all over it instead of feta(BARF) so sent it back. My second time at this location was eating my soup and came across what I thought was a weird noodle I had never seen before only to find out it was a huge fat larva of some kind. I seriously wanted to cry and barf all over the place and the thought I almost ate that. I have not been back since let alone to any of the other locations. Someone else in a review asked if we could complain of customers? I couldn’t agree more!!! Every time I’ve come in other guests are so loud you can literally hear their whole conversation. It’s rude! SHUTUP!

Seriously no napkins with kids meals? I waited patiently in line and added on a three dollar cookie that does not taste good at all, it tastes like cardboard. As much as they charge they should doublecheck the order and give napkins. After a few questionable experiences I decided to write a review, I would not recommend.

Came here for lunch and there was a long hair deep in my salad. I didn’t say anything because I don’t like to make a fuss. Every time I come in here, the place is always so cold. Can I complain about the customers though? The bus boy was taking out the trash, well trying to when this lady wouldn’t stop bothering him asking him 50 questions about who they recycle with. He was so polite to her but come on, he’s taking out the trash, do you really thinks he wants to have a dumb convo with you while holding nasty trash in his hand? Just for you to lecture him about recycling? Piss off. Leave them alone. They’re trying to do this embarrassing job and they don’t need to be bothered.

So disappointed with the«bacon» and turkey sandwich. There was hardly any bacon, show some love! However, the tortellini was delicious.
