I’ve been shopping here for years and often find one or two things that I just have to buy. Late September through October 31st is usually when I shop just because of the holiday displays and availability of some of my favorite items. Customer service can be hit or miss during this time as they get incredibly busy, but for me it’s not an issue and I know my way around the store. I don’t often get told about the no return policy, but it’s never been an issue as I make sure I’m happy with my purchase beforehand. The only serious issue for me is that the store could use an update/remodel inside, but that’s minor. After reading other reviews, I was pleased to hear that the store is family owned, which is what I prefer to support.

Helpful for the most part, but I wouldn’t rave about customer service I’ve had here — it’s been fine, I really haven’t had horrendous experiences. About half the time the person checking me out has reminded me about their no return policy before I’ve purchased, but the other half, it’s after the purchase or not at all(super unhelpful). Since I’ve been here a bunch I know the policy, but it strikes me every time they tell me after that it was completely useless for them to tell me that since I would have zero time to change my mind! They have a pretty good selection though and I’ve found a lot of things there.

Purchased a mask for a themed party last night at 4:39pm. Later found out the theme changed, so I went in with-in 24hrs for a refund/exchange and was then told about the no return policy on masks. I can understand that during Halloween. Would have been nice to have been told the return policy by the clerk while checking out. Needless to say my wife and I will never do business with them again.

Great customer service during their busiest holiday. All my questions were answered and I walked away with everything I needed to make my costume complete.

I try not to go there if I don’t have to, due to their«customer service.» I have been there a total of three times and each time I have been treated as if I were going to steal something, or they were just too busy to be bothered by the idea of answering any questions. Mostly to do with the makeup, the«help» I got from the manager was horrible — her affect was downright snotty and intensely unpleasant, and she left after my one question — turning to walk away without saying a single word. When I followed her to ask about other sizes, she never even turned to look at me, and only have a one work answer: «no.» They win an award for«Worst customer Service in the NW.» At least they are consistent. My guess was that they were family-run, and so job security is not really an issue with these employees — and I read the page here on Unilocal, and YUP — family-run. No idea why there are other good reviews — maybe I don’t fit their idea of who they think has money. Caveat emptor — bring your LV bag when you go to buy your Chinese crap here.

When I have my mind made up about something, nothing short of the world ending is going to change it. Since moving to WA, we have been attending many get togethers with our awesome neighbors. I love potlucks and bbqs! So, I saw this cute idea for veggie cups. 2oz shot glass, that has the ranch dip on bottom and veggies standing up. Cute, portable, prevents double dippers! So, my quest began for clear, plastic 2oz shot glasses. Yes, you can order them online, but I needed them now! I went to 7 different places, called 6 different stores, nothing. The world is staring to end… Then I remembered this place by Harbor Freight. I called them, my last shot at shot glasses.(Ha!) Kristen answered the phone, very friendly, and put me on hold to check. She came back and said«Thanks for holding(I love that, very professional), yes, we have a pack of 50 for $ 4.49.» I was out the door! So, I walk inside and it is awesome! So colorful, organized, I instantly loved it! I went up and down each aisle like 5 times. You want to throw a poker/vegas party? They got u covered. Rodeo? Wild West? Movie theater themed? Luau? Every accessory possible was here. Prices were reasonable also. I found my cups and bought some cute bamboo skewers for fancy drinks, which I also could not find anywhere else. They have everything for a party, plastic wine glasses, champagne glasses, cute cocktail napkins. sorry, I get excited pretty easily. They have a huge baking supply section, more than any other store I have been in. The baking cups, nut cups, place cards that I have looked for, all here. Wilton decorations and icing, fondant, cake pans… sorry again, spilled my wine. They have ballons, ribbon, cards, decorations, wedding stuff… This will be my new go to place! Bye Bye JoAnns, See ya Michaels, Walmart, really? Also, everyone was super nice and helpful, my cashier was Tiffany and she was great.

They have a big selection of costumes and the prices are the same or cheaper than other places like Target. They also have probably the widest range of decorations and accessories for the holidays. Unfortunately, the quality is pretty poor(though this is the case for ALL Halloween costumes!) and the routine you have to go through to get a costume can be a pain if they are busy, which they are every weekend and evening between Oct 1 to Halloween. You have to pick out the costume from the racks in your size. Then wait in line to try it on. Then wait in another line to exchange the«sample» for a new in package costume in the back. Be warned, there are no returns or exchanges even if its their fault. When they gave us a size larger than the sample I had given to them, not even catching the mistake when they double checked the parts of the costume, I was out of luck and $ 30. Also, when we took the wings out of the package at home, they broke instantly in my hands even though they’d only been touched once before by the woman who had checked over the costume before we left.
