I tried to establish care several times over a three-​week period, but they never responded to electronic or message requests and were rude when calling in. Even if the doctors were brilliant, it wouldn’t be worth dealing with the administrative staff here.

Very disappointed with Dr. SUNDWALLS nurse Mary, she was so rude over the phone and when i finally told her off she hang up on me… she was complaining and lecturing me on and on and on how i missed one appointment which btw i have an appointment every week at 22 weeks. I told her i need a solution or treatment to my problem. she was having a hard time moving on with my one missed appt. It felt like i was in hs dissing class or something. she really got into my nerve… she was so unprofessional how she talks to patients regarding a missed appt. And all they do there when i go every week is to check my bp and sugar which btw i can just email to their office to make my life so much easier but nooo, they gotta see me. ofcourse more money for them.

All the nurses are very kind and go out of there way to help you. All the doctors I say I never had a problem with. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse I had because she was just amazing.

VERY UNSATISFIED with Dr Sundwall at this location… on multiple appointments he interrupted me to answer phone calls from his wife about adds on craigslist… Rushed me out of SEVERAL appointments and showed no interest in my pregnancy… Being my first I had so many questions and concerns and was often brushed off with vague answers… The kicker… He even called me at home to argue with how I was feeling about being unsatisfied with him as my doctor… Very unprofessional… LUCKILY the entire staff at this location was familiar with my concerns and took amazing care with placing me with other physicians who actually took great interest and care for the health of myself and unborn child… Special thanks to Mid wife and nurse Rachel A Zare for being AMAZING at this location… If I ever have another child I would LOVE to be in her care again… I can’t say enough wonderful things about her!!! She took so much time to explain every detail of my pregnancy on every visit and was an absolute doll!!! Thank you… From the bottom of my heart!!!

I’ve seen Jasmine Albrect for 2 of my 3 pregnancies and I’ve been very happy w/​the care! I’ve heard it’s somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes that doctors are booked, but that she along w/​one other doc there are always running a little late. It’s for a good reason though, she’ll talk everything out w/​you and not make you feel rushed. As for the hospital itself, overall I’d also give it a 4 star rating. Almost everyone was fabulous. One triage nurse ticked me off, making me wait for a few minutes outside triage, then in the middle of a contraction she told me she couldn’t help me if I didn’t come in. Fast forward 2 minutes later when she checked me and I was at 7 cms, she realized I wasn’t walking or talking because I was just minutes from pushing my baby out! Other than that little irritating moment, all the other nurses and the doc who ended up delivering that baby were really great! I believe it was Dr. Steinburg who delivered my second baby and I felt totally comfortable w/​her even having never met her.
