R & L Windows

I got three quotes from different companies. Not only was R&L the lowest but they were also the company I wanted to give my business to! Tasha was so sweet and answered all my questions. I kept having emergencies come up that forced me to reschedule their install but they worked with me and stayed very patient. I am beyond grateful. The install seriously took 3.5 hours! The guys that came to do the work were professional and polite. They even found a scratch on one of the panes (I seriously could not even tell) and immediately called Randy. Randy took care of it in a shocking amount of time! I can’t wait to do the other half of my house with this great company. So many thumbs up!

R & L did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier, and frankly, the entire transaction couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We contacted them via email after finding them on Angie’s List. They were able to come out within a week to provide an estimate and shortly thereafter for critical measurements. The had the new windows custom-​made within 3 weeks and installed all 7 of them within a day. The project turned out beautifully, and the entire work area was spotless when they finished up. I“m extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the warranty. Hopefully I won’t need their services, but if I do, I’d call on them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Randy for installation of french doors in place of a sliding glass door. Randy came by and showed me all of the possibilities and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When the workers came in to install the door, they did a great job of removing the slider. The installation of the new door was okay, I was a little unhappy that there is a gap at the top of one of the french doors. Randy indicated that they would have to remove the whole door and re-​install. My thoughts were that they installers were at the end of their day and wanted to be done instead of addressing my concern. So far, it seems to just be an aesthetic issue. Overall, I am happy with the work they did.

Punctual, reasonably priced, delivers when he says he will, professional, dependable. I’ve hired his several times and will not hesitate to hire him again.

Randy and R&L were great. I had received two quotes from competitors before contacting Randy. Both competitors came in at a higher price (about $ 1,000 more) and provided less information.
Randy showed up on time, provided multiple product options, and explained why I would be interested in each product. I appreciated his customer focused approach and felt that he had my best interests in mind the entire time.
He had an opening in his schedule and was able to get our project done a few weeks ahead of schedule. Randy’s crew was fast and clean, no complaints.
He also took the time to follow up with me after the installation was complete and provided thorough documentation to make the PSE rebate process easy.
I will use R&L Windows again when we are ready to replace our upstairs windows and I will recommend Randy to friends in the future.

Randy came in and did a quote for my house. Prices for the windows and installation came out to a price I was happy with. His scheduling is pretty flexible and was able to knock out all the windows (6 Total) in one day.
His crew was friendly and courteous and have been with him 8 years, so you arent getting sub contractors hired just for the one job.
I would definitely use his company again when I do the other windows.

We saw the work R and L Glass Installation did at my daughter’s house and were so impressed that we had them come out and bid on all the windows at our house. The bid process was fast, the follow-​up was excellent without being pushy, the work was done promptly and well. We are delighted with the results and would, without hesitation, recommend R and L Windows.

I hired RnL windows to replace 5 windows and my sliding glass door for my condo in kirkland wa. They were very professional and got the job done. Their bid was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either.
The sales rep was not pushy and made feel good about the buy. The cost was under 3k so my decsion was not made easy.
I would recommend R and L windows to my family and friends!
