They told me they now took credit cards for payments. She lied. It’s a 3rd party service that you have to sign up with and they charge you a $ 3.99 fee to process your card! The amount she told me I’d be charged was a lot more than what I was told my monthly charge would be and I never have more out than fits in my bin. But warning to those of you who have an extra bag beside your trash on collection day, they charge you an extra $ 4.00 a bag to put it in their truck! I found out I was charged that because someone put some bags near my bins and I had to pay for it! Greedy people who lie and over charge. We are MUCH happier after canceling and going with another trash collection company with morals and affordable prices.

Don’t take card payments. Bad hours. Horrible website. No alternatives of paying your bill. Old school recycling that gets thrown in the sAme truck. Waste management any day!
