Run 2 be fit is an amazing camp! It’s NOT just about running so don’t let the name intimidate you… It’s an all around full body workout that will help with your endurance, agility, strength and overall fitness… No camp is repeated and everyday is something new, exciting and challenging. It’s set up for all levels of fitness so don’t think you need to be a marathon running or in tip top shape to participate. It will challenge you as much as you’re physically able to do… The best part is there’s NOPRESSURE to be the best… JUST to be the BESTYOU!!! There’s a great core of campers that all have their own«success stories» with their result from participating in this camp. Everyone is so encouraging and positive as we are all there for the same thing… To be fit and live a healthy happy life! I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and was recovering from a fully ruptured Achilles tendon when I started 12 weeks ago… This program has helped me in so many ways… I can honestly say I’m stronger than I was when I started in spite of my injury and my pregnancy. It has helped push me to keep on track with my gestational diabetes and keep my weight gain down to under 10lbs at this point… I’ve also lost inches in my chest, arms, thighs and hips, but MOST importantly I FEELAMAZING every single day!!! Life is truly what you make it and participating in this camp is going to be the first step to a better you!!! There hardest part is getting there and the results will speak for themselves! Run 2 Be Fit Fitness Camp is great. The workouts vary daily and don’t let the name fool you. It’s certainly not all about running! Each workout contains cardio, strength and endurance building exercises. If you were ever interested in doing one of those ‘boot camp’ style workouts this is very similar. The trainer modifies each workout to the individual’s fitness level so even if you are just getting back into shape you will be able to complete the workout and have fun doing it. Run 2 Be Fit also sponsors many running clinics, so if you are interested in increasing and improving your running ability you should definitely check them out. By regularly attending Arnie’s classes I was able to drop 30 lbs, increase my push ups from 0 when I started to nearly 20, sit ups from 3 to 40, and running from ¼ mile to over three miles. If you’re looking to get in shape with that ‘personal trainer’ experience, this is the class for you!
