I’m torn. On one half the doctor and his asst. we’re awesome! quick and funny but very good at there job. The one thing I didn’t like was that they broke the procedure into 2 visits and while waiting for the finishing appt. my tooth got infected. all the other root canals I’ve had were done in one visit so that sucked lots of pain. Besides that though Tausha is the best sorry if I spelt that wrong. I like her a lot even though she always wants my money lol JK tausha :) the asst the one with the long hair is very nice makes u feel safe. The other front desk girl I did not like. Kinda pushy and talks over u… Didn’t catch her name.

I had about as good an experience here as can be hoped for when it comes to having a root canal! Getting an appointment was an easy process, and the staff is so friendly. The dental assistant was one of the nicest people I have ever met, and Dr. El Bahr never kept me waiting– not even for a couple of minutes. He was very calming and reassuring, and promised me that the procedure wouldn’t hurt. And it didn’t! I’ve had root canals before and they have never been pleasant, but I couldn’t believe how gentle he was(I didn’t even have any pain with the needle!). I barely had any discomfort after the procedure, either. Not that I hope to have to go back, but if ever need any major dental work done, I will make the drive from Tacoma to Everett just to come to Silver Lake Endodontics. They are the best!

Great dentist. Professional, excellent assistant at his side, thorough, comprehensive, gentle, good bed side manners and clearly well equipped and up to date in the technology. Zero complaints for the work performed. The front office staff? Not so much. Hint: Never make a financial decision when you have a blinding toothache and have to deal with a pushy, impatient office manager who’s command of the English language is limited. They reach into your pockets for your credit card before you even say hello. Aggressive collection of fees before the service. This front office staff of two rank a zero in social ques and customer feel-good. Dentists have enough of a problem in general just trying to convince the patients to not be terrified of them. The front office staff should not be compounding that problem. 5 stars for this dentist and the work performed, zero for the girls at the counter.
