Sonitrol works. It is an audio monitoring system that detects sound that are not normal to your business. We caught a meth/​heroin user that broke into our business thanks to Sonitrol. They called me and called the police. We have surveillance that showed the suspect in the business breaking into drawers. The surveillance is separate from Sonitrol but helped seal the fate of the criminal. Without Sonitrol we would only have had a great video of the damage that was done.

Sonitrol is a joke. My bike was stolen under their nose and they never ‘saw’ it. My company hired these morons to secure our yard because of gas stolen from our company cars. My bike was locked within four feet of one of our cars. A thief cut the fence, cut my lock and took my bike through the gapping hole in the fence. Sonitrol never picked up, and never called the police as they promise. I discovered the bike gone when I returned. Their response was ’ we will investigate’. Yeah it’s been over a month and nothing. Unbelievable scam artists. What a waste.

The absolute worst. I cannot express how Sonitrol continually disappoints. One would imagine that your security company would be aware of their systems in place or at least be able to figure it out. Nope. Nope. Nope. I cannot wait to no longer be stuck with this contract. I have never dealt with a less competent contractor and that is saying a lot!
