Typical Starbucks, typical prices, typical service.
No drive thru, but turn around time is efficient, accurate and friendly, so even in a rush, going inside to order usually isn’t an issue.

I use to come here all the time for my coffee on the my way into work. It seems that lately the service isn’t as good; they aren’t really interested in being sociable and friendly, always seem distracted talking to someone else rather than focused on the customer they are helping. And the last straw was getting my drink order wrong which I didn’t realize until I was at work so couldn’t do anything about it. Spending $ 5 for a latte and having it wrong is extremely frustrating. I won’t be likely to go back unless I’m desperate.

Okay, I started to go to this location because it is directly in route to work. I soon found that i loved the location and the people inside it. Sure the seating area is often inhabitted by homeless folks but they are harmless enough. I have had baristas ask me what I am doing today and actually show a vested interest in seeing me again. I look forward to seeing these guys/​guys again, yeah I am talking about you Jeff!

An important point that many other reviews miss is that there is basically no seating here: it adjoins a supermarket. I’m sure it’s fine as a place to pick up coffee, and that the baristas are nice. But not suitable for getting some work done.

This location is second to none! They don’t have a drive thru but if you are not in a huge rush, just run in! It’s better than the Broadway location and faster.
Fast, friendly service.
My only complaint is that my mocha didn’t seem to be as hot as it usually is. I am not sure if it was just the cup I used or what but next time I think that I will ask them to make it extra hot.

This has been my go-​to coffee place anytime I’m in Everett. Everyone is always friendly and they always remember what i want. It’s that added bit of customer service that keeps me coming back to this Starbucks.

This Starbucks is one of my favourites to go through when I am in Everett. Like the other person who reviewed this one — I have ONLY gone through the drive through.
On all occasions the barista’s have been wonderful. I have a very simple order — vente china green tips, two bags.
I can’t tell you how even with that simple a request that some espresso stands don’t get it right [at other places I just get whatever green tea they have, since china green tips is only available at Starbucks].

I know Starbucks is Starbucks, however all Starbucks baristas are not created equal. I’ve actually never gone inside of this Starbucks, and know no familiar faces. I have though, gone through the drive through many times, and always receive a perfect americano.
This might not sound like a difficult feat, however my order is different than most. I always get an americano with sugar free vanilla, equal and half and half. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone through other Starbucks drive throughs and my drink tasted like garbage; whether they forgot the syrup, didn’t put enough cream in it, or the shots were weak and watery. I actually refuse to go through the Starbucks drive through right next to my home because they screwed up my drink so many times.
Coming to this Starbucks on Broadway, whenever I happen to be in Everett for work, always puts me in a good mood. I love me a well made cup o joe, and the baristas here are always right on the money.
