First timer, got an excellent fade, would have passed USMC formation easily. I had Victoria and I’m pretty sure I’ll stick to her. She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and viola, I’m looking sharp. Very pleased.

Only place I go. All these girls know what they are doing and take their time and pay attention to details so you walk out pleased. Victoria cut my hair today and used a technique I have not seen since I had long hair. the result was awesome. She also sold me some Nioxin 6 months ago and yes!!! It does work very well!!! Thanks Ladies!

I went here today for the first time. All the stylist were kind and friendly. Victoria did my hair (cut & color). I just showed her some pics of the hair I’m going for and for sure I wanted a long bob/​lob hair and ended up with it. She tried her very best to try to make my hair with lots of dimension and I am in love with my new look! I got a lot of compliments with my new hair style. She even gave me advices on how to keep my dyed hair healthy. I also got some really great products. I even got a gift pack for a cheap price. I’m super satisfied!

I’ve been to this supercuts probably 40 times in the past 4 – 5 years and, for the most part, it has been fine. Went there today and literally got the worst hair cut of my life. The lady cutting my hair did not seem to care at all. She just kept running the comb back and forth through my hair, forgetting where she was on the hair cut, grabbing the wrong things, etc. She was either brand new or totally did not give a crap. So disappointing. Last time i come here.

My husband went here for a fade. Seriously I can do a fade. Im very annoyed people who don’t speak enough english to answer properly let alone understand what a person asks for. Staff was nice and tried but the fade was uneven on the wrong blade wrong level. Going to navy exchange forever now. Fade should be the average hairstyle for a guy not whatever she was trying for because that was annoying and embarrassing.

Yeah, Roger!
I happened on this Supercuts when I moved to Everett in ’09. Tried a couple stylists, both of which were fine. Then, got Roger by chance and loved the work he did with my hair! Have only gone to him since then. He was promoted to manager of the Marysville salon, then back to Everett as its manager. He’s very experienced, he’s precise, he’s prompt, he’s dependable and he does terrific work. I always spring the extra few dollars for a shampoo. He does the best shampoo and I’m ready to fall asleep with my head hanging in the sink!
