Superior Septic Services

These guys were horrible. We have security camera’s that show them letting their dog crap in the yard and run around, which drive our dogs who were in the house, crazy. On top of that the first bill they sent had the billing to where we could use the coupon for 35.00 off. We sent it with our payment to them, only to get a letter back saying we couldn’t use it and a bill showing a different wording of charges. Really? We have reported to the BBB and every other place we can. Unprofessional to say the least. And, wanted a ton of money to «fix» the problem, which ended up not being the problem. I say 0 stars! I only put a 1 because I couldn’t post this otherwise!

Sadly was referred by a neighbor, their cost $ 250, set an appt for Monday afternoon. No show. Called numerous times no answer. Received a call back next day and scheduled. Bryon arrived and never stated cost. Assuming the neighbor up the street has the same septic and septic size that we would be paying $ 250. Received the bill and it was $ 451. Shocked and in disbelief, asked he we could make a cash deal of $ 400. And since he blew us off I thought it was a reasonable offer but no. Once mentioned again the neighbor up the street he stated that he is a professional. Which was really weird. But to each his own, get a quote and know what your paying for.

I called Bryon when my septic backed up, he arrived within a half an hour and got the job done quickly. Super nice guy and very informative. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of services I didn’t need like others have done in the past. I’ll be calling this guy as long as I own my septic system!

We worked with Bryon at Superior Septic Services, he was really helpful when we needed to have our septic tank pumped in our Lake Stevens rental. After our renters had some drainage backup issues, we needed our system pumped out ASAP.
Bryon who owns Superior Septic Services, was also the guy who came out to service our system too (owner operator). He was able to get right out to our rental house to pump our septic tank the very next morning, which was great service since we had such short notice. He seemed knowledgeable and was helpful, explaining how often we should pump our septic system based on the number of bathrooms and amount of people living in the duplex, which drainage to use (don’t use Drano when you have a septic system), etc. He also gave us two discounts, one for our $ 35 off coupon from his website and another on a septic riser lid that he recommended to make it easier for him to locate the lid next time our system needs to be pumped out.
