We have had fantastic experiences at The Dance School. The variety of dance offered and level of instruction is exceptional. It is a place for the child that is just exploring and likes to dance to the child that can’t get enough of dance. Heidi, the Director provides a warm welcoming atmosphere. So thankful to have The Dance School part of our community.

We just moved to the Everett area and my 4 ½ year old was missing her ballet classes. So I emailed to get some info after searching a lot of dance studios in the area. Heidi at The Dance School was the first to get back to me and welcomed us to a Saturday class to try for free. My daughter joined the class with the instructor Sarah and loved every second of it. Sarah was very engaging and when you have 10 3 – 4 year olds that is hard. We signed up for Winter term the week before Christmas and my daughter has been in Saturday morning ever since. She enjoys going and loves the other kids. There are plenty of seats for parents to watch and a play area for other siblings to play while class is in. Parking is easy at the 9am class but I’m not sure about all day but there are lots of free options close by.

In this day and age of cut backs in the humanities and the arts in our school system it is refreshing to see a place that cares to inspire creativity and movement. Instructors for all ages and one of the few places in Everett that opens it’s doors from time to time and invites the public in to see dance. There ‘year end’ performance by students is not to be missed.

Just called to see if I could enroll my daughter in a ballet class. Before I called I checked out their website and made sure she could start late (Literally a week after the classes started) and they said no. On their website it clearly states they take students mid-​semester. Not even going to try for another class. STUPID.
