This complex engages in false advertising. No where on Craigslist, their web site, nor on their handouts, do they state that anyone under 62 must have a disability. I am 56 and low income. I paid an application fee and a deposit. I was interviewed and given a complete tour of the facility. I reserved an apartment. 2 weeks later, while signing final paperwork, I was told I didn’t qualify to live there. I don’t have a disability. They kept my application fee, and returned my deposit. They placed me in distress, since I had told my landlord that I was moving, and stopped looking for an apartment.
