When looking for a contractor/​company I want to find a business that will, give a free estimate, do an excellent job, be responsive to my calls, make sure what was agreed upon is done and does not attempt to use the opportunity to do a high pressure sales job to expand the scoop of the project. Alex of Vision Flooring did all of the above and more. He did an excellent job on my hardwood floor even after I had used a product that was extremely difficult to get off. He was always on time and returned all my calls the same day. The floors look great and I would recommend this company to anyone needing hardwood floor care. I did get other bids and talked to others who obviously did not know a great deal about hardwood flooring. So beware and check out companies thoroughly before entrusting them with your hardwoods.

Best hardwood floor install I’ve ever seen. Smooth as glass. There were no sanding marks near the walls. Hardwood tight as can be. Originally installed in 2006 (now 2012), and in top condition. In the meantime, the other contractor I used for another floor install in 2005 has to be refinished. Of course I’m having it refinished by Alex’s crew at Vision. On time, reasonable prices, great craftsmanship. It doesn’t get better.
