Consistently terrible service. Staff is rude, slow. Lines are always long, because they can’t seem to find items. Clothes aren’t ready when promised. Lost clothes. Is there new management or ownership?

If I could do NEGATIVE stars I would. The staff here are rude, lazy and stupid. I had some blankets that I wanted dry cleaned bc I was too lazy to take them to the laundrymat. Anyway, after 2WEEKS of back and forth, I got my blankets… REEKINGOF I DON“T KNOWWHAT! They looked clean, but smelled like they had been left near dirty clothes for the 2 weeks that they said they couldn’t find them. The lady who spoke to me on the phone was so rude. I gave her a description and she proceeded to say, «Well we don’t have that here?» Yes you do bc I have a the ticket. I had to threaten them to get my blankets. DONOTGOHERE, there are other BETTER cleaners in the area. They make you pay upfront which isn’t right.

First off, some of the shirts were stained as if the white ones had been WASHEDIN A WASHINGMACHINE — not even dry cleaned — with dark colored shirts. First visit they didn’t have one of my items ready on time, they changed the story like five times(first it was all my shirts, then it was a dress?!) I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and came back with 10 shirts. Not only were these not ready on time they actually-not kidding here and not exaggerating– they brought out about 15 shirts and said they DIDNTKNOWWHICHWEREMINE and asked me to pick out mine. And now, it gets worse: as I leave, one of the workers blocks me in… double parking behind me, I beep my horn and another unconcerned worker slowly walks out ignoring me and takes her sweet time to move the car. It was like she was gonna make me suffer for being a customer, like she was enjoying making me wait. Not acceptable at all… Later, they call me to say they found another of my shirts. I don’t get how people go thru life like this. Be proud of the work you do whatever it is, or spend every day being miserable and causing trouble for others. Not a hard choice. Go to LeMar cleaners down a little further on Pulaski, they never screw up and have similar prices.

PLEASEDONOTGOTOTHISCLEANERS! I wore a particular dress of mine twice, I dropped it off on tue to get cleaned and picked it up yesterday, well it was a black and white dress and when I got it back there were purple spots on the white area. All they could tell me was that they followed cleaning instructions and it bleed onto fabric. They destroyed my dress and didn’t give me my prepaid money back as of yet. Im still waiting to speak with manager.

This place is the worst. They opened up in Hickory Hills so I thought I would try them. They ruined one of my shirts with bleach and after weeks have still refused to call me to discuss or make amends. The other shirts were pressed poorly. I lucked out with my suit as it seemed to survive this poor excuse of a laundry service. Don’t take a chance. Find anywhere else. I must say that my old service NEVER ruined any clothes. Learn from my loss and save your clothes.

My boyfriend and I have been here about eight times. I believe this time will be our last. When we first started to get our clothes dry cleaned here we were able to pay when we picked up but now all of a sudden the policy has changed. I asked a younger lady who worked there, why and she was not friendly at all with answering. She looked rather confused. She said paying first was always the policy. I mean why pay up front if you have 300 dollars worth of my clothes? I do not think anyone there likes working. I have only seen one person attempt to make us feel comfortable being there. I have never seen a smile on anyone’s face. I am surprised that they even fix their mouths to mumble«Have a nice day.» My boyfriend had a sweater dry cleaned there and they broke the the zipper. Luckily he went back and they fixed it but they could not give a definite time when they would fix it. I mean Express is not a $ 200 Ralph Lauren shirt but he still paid good money for it. Mind you he never got to wear the sweater before they broke it. The only thing that saved him was not taking the safety pin tag off of the sweater. He tried it on to make sure they did not shrink it and that is when he realized the zipper was broken. I had a zipper fixed on my jeans and it was a lousy job but luckily they fixed his properly.(Mind you anything with a zipper they zip up and hang it on the hanger so someone obviously knew it was broken before they hung it up) I have had a zipper fixed on my jeans before but by another cleaners so my bad for thinking they could do the same good job. They appear to only have one person who specializes in zippers and buttons so you gotta come in on the right day or drop it off. The only good thing about this place are the prices but I guess you get what you pay for. No wonder they always have a hiring sign on the window. They must have a high turn around rate. I am also wondering why the clothes have such a dingy smell to them. The clothes look clean but I always have to spray my clothes with perfume or leave them hanging in my place for a while before wearing them to get the smell out.

I frequent this cleaners and quite often my hands are full and I forget to Unilocal… They are great! Not only is it a «one price cleaners» with most items $ 2.49 but they do rugs, comforters, UGGS, and alterations. They have a price in the system for almost anything, and it always seems reasonable. I used to frequent another one price cleaners who refused to clean more of my items than they would accept and didn’t take any credit cards. The service here is great, even when they screw up they correct it. I do a lot on 95th St because it’s home to Sams, Walmart, Target, Jewel & Pete’s Fresh Produce so it’s on my path to other things. If you frequent Beverly/Evergreen Park check out this cleaners. And here’s a bonus: THEYAREOPENONSUNDAYTILL3PM!
