Qrd Flowers

The lady was rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I request to see bouquets arrangements to determine my purchase. The lady who assist me informed me she could show me pictures but her battery was dead on her phone. I ask if there was a website I could visit to provide her with a baseline, she told me no and begin to ask if I was looking or shopping. I said both… I’m a visual person. I’m looking to see what I would like to purchase for my kitchen table. I even ask if she could provide me w/​the types of flowers the arrangements may have and she said an assortment. She was so vague and unwilling to assist I left. There weren’t any flowers in the display case either. It was really weird and uncomfortable.

Came in from san Francisco to visit my girlfriend for the weekend. Wanted to get her some flowers to show how much I loved her. I stumbled apon QRD driving down kedzie ave and decided to check out the flower shop. When entering I was greeted by a very nice lady who helped me on what to get for my girlfriend. I had decided to get a $ 50 bouquet. The owner told me to give her about 15 min and I decided to wait and look around the shop. when she came out and gave me the boquet it was so beautiful and unique I knew that my girlfriend would love it. And the prices are very reasonable would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy highquality flowers for a great price.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral and updated the pricing to be sure it was big and beautiful. I showed up at the funeral and saw a very small arrangement with lots of green and not many flowers. In addition, the flowers on the arrangement were dead. Very embarrassing and quite disappointing. I called the shop right after leaving the funeral and the person who answered the phone claimed that there was nothing wrong with the arrangement. Then she seemed not to be able to hear me — how convenient. Not a shop I will ever use again, nor a provider I would ever recommend.

Called & womam on phone was very rude because I asked about a last minute order so I chose not to use this business.

I was in the neighborhood and looked on Unilocal and this flower shop popped up. I went and was greeted by a lovely woman named Ruby. I went in with the intention on getting roses but left with a beautiful spring bouquet for my professor. It didn’t take long for her to put it together, as I was a walk in. She finished the bouquet with a lovely yellow ribbon and the arrangement was fabulous with all kinds of fresh gorgeous flowers. My professor loved them and so did I… I will come back and will be doing business again.
