I don’t’ even think I will give it a 3rd try. This lady, Jones, is all of the name she would give (like she new she was wrong). I have dealt with her so called customer assistance on 2 occasions. let me tell you, the attitude on this girl is something to be desired. She needs some schooling. You are suppose to bring the customer back. With me, not happening captain.
