Cost Cutters

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years, and have never had anything but good experiences. The stylists are all great, and friendly, too. No complaints here.

The two main stylists are skilled, but unfriendly. I arrived late for an appointment in error. They were not busy. Monique seemed to be punishing me and chastised me. She was cold. They never ever give a warm welcome. I tip 40% because I know as a retired stylist how difficult the job is. After spending hundreds of dollars at this location, I will not return. Monique could care less about keeping me as a client. She gave me attitude and ignored me., I was not rude in return, but I just said I must leave. She didn’t offer to fix the situation nor did she apologize. I now go to a locally owned salon. Pay 3 times more. It’s worth it because the new salon embraces my business. How does this big Cost Cutters with only 2 – 3 stylists pay the overhead? I will close in writing, this is not the first time I have been treated this way by the sisters-​in-​law who work there.
