We had a turkey Brie sandwich, the Jersey(authentic pork roll egg and cheese for you east coasters) and a spectacular quiche. We all had to send out compliments back to the chef. Totally worth a stop for every time you are in Evergreen! Don’t let the small size deter you from stopped my in. Only improvement would be better coffee.

Nice spot in Evergreen. Had the Egg Sandwich(2 fried eggs, herbed mayo, and Monterey Jack cheese) on a roll and it was probably the best Egg and Cheese I’ve ever had. My friend said it’s better than any bodega sandwich he’s had in NYC so I guess it’s pretty damn good. We didn’t have time to try other items but their pizza also looked delicious.

Good healthy food, quality ingredients and tastes great! Loved their gluten free pancakes and juices!(I don’t usually eat gluten free but they tasted amazing)

As a local, I KNOW that there are hardly any options for organic diets or even organic vegan/vegetarian diets. Not only does Dandelions serve on all these fronts, their food is tastily put together in a way I have not found anywhere, even in my travels to similar restaurants around the world.

I’ve been here once at lunch. The thin crust pizza was really very good and a 10 inch was $ 10. Plus they offer homemade lavender or strawberry-basil lemonade. Limited outdoor seating. It was a really nice lunch, will be back.

Food is Not good. Bad service. Over hour wait for food. Cute porch but not worth your time. Skip this spot.

Stopped there on the way back from a hike. The food was delicious, and there was a lot of variety on the menu. Their lemonade(tried two flavors) is amazingly refreshing and tasty(I recommend the Lavender). The owner is super friendly and gave me and my friends a free cupcake(we had ordered one for the 3 of us to share) so we wouldn’t fight over it! This is a local place and there aren’t too many employees, so the food could take slightly longer than usual to come out, but it was worth the wait. Nice outside seating area, and overall highly recommended.

Been here several time. Food has always been excellent. However, The service is really really really slow. I can’t go here for lunch anymore as a result. Maybe on a Saturday when we have nowhere to be.

Stopped for lunch. Quick bite I thought. Short staffed so service was slow. Man said a half hour for pizza but it was closer to 1 hour. Drama with the staff. Customers were being turned away. Pizza was good but crust was very thin and hard. Strawberry basil lemonade was awesome!

Delicious, fresh food. I have eaten their on multiple occasions. My Mediterranean omelet with goat cheese was fantastic! The flavors really complimented each other as the goat cheese rocked! When they give you hot chocolate they have a whole bowl of marshmallows and each breakfast comes with a side of toast and jam. The pizza is also a awesome option. The cheese is thick and tasty along with crunchy crust and organic and fresh toppings, you can’t go wrong. Will definitely come back!

Came here for lunch after a beautiful hike at the Maxwell falls. The space is small but accommodating and even though they were busy, it did not feel over crowded like some places(especially when you order at the counter) can feel. Lots of options, brunch, salads, sandwiches, pizza, ice creams… theres also a lot of organic and gluten free options as well, which is also great to see. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on the honey oat bread and it was wonderful. Nicely sized(pretty big) but it was a welcome offering as we had just hiked several miles and were starving! My husband ordered the brie and turkey sandwhich and he also really enjoyed his. The side was some sort of tuna pasta salad, it was good… but as I had a creamy chicken salad, it was a bit much so I ended up not eating it. Would have been nice to have had an option for another side– and maybe there is, but it was never offered or brought up when we ordered… next time Ill be sure to ask. OH– and the strawberry basil lemonade was LOVELY and refreshing on this super hot day in the mountains. Will definitely stop back when we are in evergreen again!

Small family ran restaurant. We like that they use local and high quality ingredients. Food is excellent and very friendly staff. We usually come here for breakfast and lunch, and never been disappointed. Everything is handmade so it takes a little longer to prep the food, but it’s so worth await. Conveniently located, right across from the Evergreen Fire Station. For breakfast, we usually get omelet, waffles or their buttermilk pancakes and love all their sandwiches and pizzas, too. Oh, and their brownies are soooo yummy as well. This place is so awesome. I wish they can pack up and move close to Marshdale! ;-)

I ordered a Hearts of Palm salad. All the tables were dirty(cashier did mention it was right after the lunch rush, but to me it looked like there were 2 other servers not doing anything who could have cleared the tables). My salad came out pretty quickly for made to order. It was pretty darn good. A little expensive for the size of the salad. Not sure if I’ll be back since it’s a little out of my way for food. If i did I would with out a doubt get that salad again though. The place itself was tiny and quaint, but very nice inside. It looked like they had some cupcakes and baked goods but I didn’t get them.(Salad and water cost around 12 bucks).

Excellent food and great staff! Very friendly and when our pizza came out it was not up to the server’s standards so, he refunded us the cost. It was delicious and he didn’t have to do that but I appreciated his high standards!

It took a long time for our sandwich to get to out table. Secondly, the staff seemed somewhat apathetic. Most importantly the food was not impressive whatsoever, the sandwich was essentially 2 slices of plain bread from the grocery store with some bland pieces of meat in between them. Would not recommend to others.

Wonderful food! Very cute and quaint. Food is all great and very high quality. Alittle bit longer of a wait for food than other little cafés but it’s worth the extra 5 – 10 mins. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Seriously delicious stuff being cooked up at dandelions. I had some amazing fresh squeezed juice and soup. The menu includes lots of vegan and gluten free options… everything is organic and amazing. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for lunch or brunch in evergreen!

The service is slower than slow! The food is over priced and average. After paying $ 9.00 for a bland turkey and Brie sandwich,(very little Brie, btw…). We won’t be back. The bread was just plain, dry, toasted bread, no sort of sauce. Very plain, dry and tasteless. I’ve never been able to order and receive my food in less than 25 minutes, even for a simple sandwich!

Holy Turkey Guacamole! I highly recommend this sandwich if you’re an avocado lover. They make it with thanksgiving-style turkey and an array of other fresh ingredients. I also liked the variety of gluten free choices. Will definitely make this a stop the next time I’m heading to the mountains for a ski day!

After a Sunday morning motorcycle ride up to Squaw Pass, looking for a good breakfast spot at 10:30 am(peak hour for a Sunday). The Evergreen restaurants we stopped at had 45 min waits and were shoulder-to-shoulder. Rode on over to Bergen Park and saw Dandelions, no wait, great patio seating, so we decided to give it a try. Proprietors were very helpful and pleasant. I ordered the French Toast, my wife ordered GF pancakes(turns out there are many GF options here). Both included a meat side. After only a 10 — 15 minute wait, our dishes were brought out to our table on the patio, along with a plate of honey-butter, home-made jam and maple syrup. The food was hot, and very tasty. This was a great discovery and a good alternative to the crowded spots down in Evergreen. Will definitely be back.
