AMAZING Phở, GREAT service! The people working there are so pleasant and eager to help you. The food is so so sooo good. I go everytime I am not feeling well and get the #2 with extra meat and noodles — cures me in a hurry! :) I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is a regular stop for me for sure!

We love this restaurant! The food tastes wonderful and is priced well considering the amount of food you get. They seem to be understaffed most of the time but they still do a great job serving so many people at one time. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely adore that we can find good Phở in small town Montana,(this was a BIG concern of mine moving from Seattle)! You can tell that the food is made fresh, and with a passion for the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. My ONLY complaint… Bigger Thai teas please!

This is a great little restaurant with HUGE portions at a low price. I’ve traveled extensively in Asia, and I’m often frustrated that most of the options available in Montana for Asian food are very Americanized Chinese restaurants. Phở Ly offers a great alternative. It is a very simple little place with a very simple menu, but the food tastes fresh, and I always leave satisfied. It’s an amazing value for the price. The owners are also very sweet people, and I feel happier every time I stop by just because of their smiles.

Great and friendly service. They use only fresh noodles. Best Phở in Montana. I’ve taken several of my friends. That all agree with me. Food is consistently good.

This restaurant is literally my favorite place to eat on the planet. I have gotten Phở in many major cities across the states but nothing beats the order of #1 at this place. It’s soo good, if you haven’t had Phở before you need to try it because it amazing. My wife and I go here every Friday as a tradition and have been doing so for over a year. The staff is the most friendly I have ever met and are clearly very good at their jobs. I only hope they open up more locations in the valley!

I love this place! I have eaten phở in many big cities and this place rates right up there with the best! Their beef broth is extremely flavorful and the meat and veggies are very fresh! I go there at least once a week. I recently had surgery on my mouth and they very thoughtfully cut up the noodles so that I could eat them! Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Very good! Better than I expected. Very fresh and flavorful. I recommend the brisket Phở. The combination of rich broth, basil, lime, and jalapeño go together perfectly! Great Asian comfort food.

Oh sweet mother of baby Jesus! This place is awesome, please open a location in downtown Kalispell!!! I’d eat here just about every day. The spring rolls are amazing and so is the phở. Fast service, great prices, good food.

Mediocre phở is still better than chain restaurants, which is mostly what’s to be found in this area. The waitress was extremely helpful and friendly, service was great. The broth was just odd. Every broth is always different but I’ve never had it like this before.

Caveat: didn’t end up dining here because they can NOT do vegetarian broth for the phở, despite what other reviews state. However, staff is incredibly friendly and the food smelled fantastic. Would definitely try if vegetarian menu options existed.

I’m a CA native, and Vietnamese food is a staple there as we have phở places EVERYWHERE. With that said, it’s ALL about the broth when it comes to good Phở soup. This place reminds me of home and has staple Vietnamese food that will bring comfort and satisfaction to your taste buds. Price: def well priced for what you get. I’ve noticed places here charge ridiculous prices because it’s «ethnic» or not the norm. Family owned, super friendly and courteous, and guess what? Owner is from CA. Go figure! Hurray for ethnic food and culture in Kalispell.

Ok gotta take it down a star, and I hate doing that, but every time I come in and ask for extra jalapeños and basil with my carry out, I get home with a measly 6 slivers of jalapeño. I am willing to pay for extra, and it almost ruins the meal not being spicy enough. Delicious food and great staff, but I need more jalapeños! Edit: Apparently my comment was noted. Review edited! Thanks for the extra stuff!

So I’m from Cali and usually we get a lot of variety for food, but I’m currently in Montana for work purposes. I’m craving something that remind me of home and this place so happens to be owned by folks from Cali and they’re supposedly the better Phở(noodle) place to go. I have to admit… although the portions were a bit small(the meat) and I ordered the Large… eating this reminded me of how phở is back in SF… plus its family owned by some Asians who actually know how to make decent phở. It’s not the best I’ve had, but it’s probably the best there is to find here…

I’m just a drifter passin’ by the beautiful land of Montana! Was cravin’ some hot noodle soup known as phở after a day hike at the national park… I was so certain I wasn’t going to find a restaurant serving phở seeing the town seemed a little remote… Sure enough, I was wrong. I quickly dragged my weary hungry self into the establishment. The first thing I noticed was the clean, hospitable interior. Not to mention the warm friendly greeting I immediately received from the employee. I knew I was at the right place. Ordered spring roll to start with. Special phở and combo fried rice as entrée(told you I was hungry). The spring rolls had just enough texture without being too chewy. Paired with the peanut sauce it was simply impeccable. Phở stock had just enough sweet and savoriness to it… I was hooked instantly. And the fried rice was fantastic as a side dish to go with the soup. If I was a resident, this would definitely be the spot I frequent, as I go to the phở place in my hometown at least once a week. If you’ve never been, or never had phở before. Do yourself a favor and try this place. Because it’s phở-king delicious!(this is an actual name of a phở restaurant actually)

A shiny, new and pleasant find in Kalispell. The four stars should be taken in context — this is phở in the middle of Montana not in Hanoi, HCMC, or Denver for that matter but it holds it’s own given its location. Fast, friendly service, tasty broth, and all in all a great experience. If you’re looking for good Vietnamese fare in the area this place will serve you well.
