The food is delicious. the goulash is to die for, and the spätzle is exceptional. It’s really cute inside and we can’t wait until the patio is open for creek side dining!

Our otherwise pleasant meal was ruined when the owners began verbally and physically abusing a member of the wait staff: name calling and hair pulling. Unbelievable and horrific!

DONOTSUPPORTTHISBUSINESS. I spent last night in the emergency room because the owner, Tomas and his wife Ivana grabbed me by my hair in front of customers and shoved me on the pavement. I have a bad concussion and am unable to work. The reason they are constantly looking for staff is because they abuse their workers so people quit frequently. Every time I’ve seen Tomas he is drunk. They scream at employees in front of customers. Multiple former female employees have told me that he touches them inappropriately, heavy drug use in the back happens on a regular basis and the owners are known to hire people with serious criminal records. I’ve never in my life been treated so horribly at a job.

My husband and I have been here twice and love it. The escargot is delicious and for dinner, we’ve had the pork schnitzel, french onion soup, mushroom soup(soup of the day), and the duck. All were wonderful and the service was great(Abbey was our server and she was awesome). The inside is small and quaint and the outside seating area is above the creek. Highly recommend!

Was a little tentative trying this restaurant because of the reviews, but was very pleased with the service by Abbey and the quality of the food. I ordered the #1 salmon with hollandaise, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables– it was perfect. My husband had the filet, it was cooked medium rare as ordered and the size was adequate. The german potatoes were an excellent accompaniment for the steak. We finished off our meal with an apple strudel with ice cream. All in all this was a fabulous local restaurant and would absolutely return.

I was heading to a restaurant just down the street from Prague, but a traffic jam on Bear Creek Road compelled me to stop instead here for dinner. The roast duck I ordered consisted of two bites of meat that was hard and rubbery. The sauerkraut that came as a side had a very strong vinegary flavor. The French onion soup and Caesar salad was almost mediocre. Coupled with not so friendly service, I was very underwhelmed by my experience at Prague. Needless to say that I would not go back again.

What a quaint place. Sitting outside next to the creek — great atmosphere! Food was good. Casual dining European/Czech. Salmon w/Dill was great and the Amber beer great. I would recommend, and will return.

Food is average at best and way overpriced. Had the chicken schnitzel which was basically a fried chicken breast with a can of gravy poured over it. I would not recommend eating here.

We have been to Café Prague in Morrison several times and decide to give Prague a try(same owners). Overall we were impressed with the food, as it was very good, and we sat outside on a beautiful night by the creek. We had the special salad and it was outstanding, enough to be shared. We ordered the Escargots and got 5 snails. Also very good. We ordered the Chicken Schnitzel and the Wiener Schnitzel. The Chicken Schnitzel was very good, however the Wiener Schnitzel was pounded too thin, and had more of a bread taste than veal. The Wiener Schnitzel was just average. While service was good(not great) there were only two waitresses and one bartender on a busy Friday night. There is always a Help Wanted sign out front. If you’ve been to the Café Prague in Morrison keep in mind this place has a very scaled down menu(Evergreen’s menu has 9 entrees, Morrison has 25). Many of their popular dishes are missing. There is no Hungarian goulash, no Stroganoff. The entrees in Morrison are served with choice of soup or salad, not in Evergreen, just the entrée and pre-selected sides. There are many less appetizer and dessert choices too. Missing at the end of the meal was the shot of apple schnapps, which I always enjoyed at Café Prague. The web page for Prague is really just a link to Café Prague and only lists the Café Prague menu. After being open over 6 months, you would think they would update the website to include the Prague menu, Also they do not accept reservations in Evergreen. While I’ve been a little critical, and I was a little disappointed at the lack of menu items, sitting by the creek was great and overall the food was very good. I’d definitely come back, but I might also choose to drive down to Morrison for more of a choice.

We started off with the Baked Brie which was very good then had the chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes and cabbage. The schnitzel was pretty bad. The worst i’ve had. the mashed potatoes tasted like the powder variety, and the cabbage was very watery. Service was good. Maybe just go for the drinks.

This was our 2nd attempt at a meal at Prague. The first time was in the early days after they opened and ended with us giving up and going elsewhere to eat. We ordered the Escargot appetizer($ 12). we received a 6-pocket plate with 5 of them filled, and when we jokingly questioned that we were told«sometimes they just jump out!» After that we were left completely abandoned. Waitstaff was non-existent. Period. We waited about 40 minutes with no eye contact or follow up whatsoever. We finally gave up, estimated our bill, threw down cash and left. Months later, hoping that the kinks had been worked out, we returned. New York Strip($ 22) was a thin ¾″ cut. Chicken schnitzel was ok-ish, spaetzl had seen its better days –several days before. We asked for bread, which came out late and burned. Other notes– The menu has been heavily redacted–(black sharpie made it look like a government report on terrorism) I asked for the Gnocchi and was told they no longer serve that, although it was one of the items still on the menu. Our waitress this time was again inattentive and poorly trained. My beer glass sat empty on the table for ½ the time I was eating without any notice taken. There were only 2 other tables occupied at the time, so it was not like the were busy, by any stretch… Sorry, Prague. I truly wish you were better. If I had the option of 1.5 stars I would give it.

This is a FANTASTIC little place in the heart of Evergreen! We have been to the city of Prague and were excited to see how the cuisine would measure up… it was great! The atmosphere is quaint and cozy inside a little rustic cabin with wooden beams and romantic lighting. The dishes were superb and tasted very authentic down to the homemade honey cake! I will definitely be coming back!

I dined at Prague for my daughter got a job there. Not my kind of food, took a very long time. But understood the place was new. Tomas fired my daughter on her way to work. OK. But he has not paid her. So many excuses: did not get message, will talk to bookkeeper, forgot to put apt number on check, has been returned… She has no check and a lot of excuses all month long. I guess I want people to know this is not a very ethical man.

Perfection! I felt like I was in the plot of a great love story and this was the setting where it all came together. Cozy, comforting atmosphere welcomes you in and the food and wonderful service invite you to stay. Somehow, serendipity was at play as we were celebrating the 10th anniversary of our engagement and this amazing place that just opened! The gentle snow drifted down outside the full windows as we sipped excellent wine and devoured the delectable entrees.
