This workout is very rewarding. I used to kill myself running four times a week. I was so worried making this transition into a once-a-week, 20-minute workout would hurt my cardio strength, but it didn’t. When I need to get up a hill, whether on foot, hands or bike, it’s like I never skipped a beat. In fact, I’m stronger now. Not only do I look and feel better, I perform better when I rock climb, hike, do yoga and Pilates, ski, sprint, walk, bike and more. The rewards just keep on coming…

This is the best workout I’ve ever experienced! I used to run and do other workouts such as Insanity and PX90, but I’ve gotten better results from stepping back and doing this super intense 20 minute workout once a week. The staff at Smarty Pants is great! Full of knowledge and experience and always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. I highly recommend them!
