The cashier was being rude to someone when I walked in, so my expectations were low. After I got only 15 gallons of diesel fuel in my semi, my expectations were met. On my way to the fried food buffet, the cashier stopped me with that forceful, irritated, «Sir !» Said I «had to» buy at least $ 100 of fuel with that card, which I knew wasn’t true. I questioned it, she backed away from the demand, but then decided I had wait until the other customers checked out. Luckily for both if us, a cashier opened the second register. Does it get better for regular customers? Maybe, but I’ll never find out.

My review is for the fried chicken this place has to offer. Delicious. It was fresh and homemade, not what you would expect from a gas station restaurant. The staff was friendly. They offer fried gizzards and livers or white meat tenders. We got the white meat strips and completely devoured them. They were huge strips of chicken breast in a crispy batter. Definitely recommend!

It exists. Not much around but if gas is what you need when that low fuel light comes on you’re in luck. Right off the highway.
