I fee like every time I go here their coupon machines aren’t working. Customer service is sparse. There’s always someone running around who you can’t even nab to answer a question you have about merchandise. The line is ALWAYS long and it always seems like there is one person working. Oh wait, one time there were THREE cashiers and it still took forever. And none of them ever say hello, how are you, did you find everything, etc.

One of the worse CVS stores I’ve ever been to. I’ve had my prescriptions filled here for about a year now, only because they are located ½ way between my house and work but EVERY time I stop in to pickup my prescription, I’m waiting in line 10 – 30 minutes because they are too cheap to hire more staff during busy times! Since they remodeled, they are worse because you can’t find anything. I will say that I don’t recall the last time I checked out of the front cashier because I’m always there getting an Rx refilled, so any other purchases are paid for in the back too but c’mon people, don’t stand in line at the pharmacy county to pay for your non-prescriptions only! This CVS is across the street from a Rite Aid and another CVS down the street in Marlton on Rt. 73.

9 people in line. Only one cashier. Five minutes later the lone cashier calls for assistance. Did he think we were all going to give up and go home?
