Lived here with my family for 2 years. Great environment for our children & our favorite thing about this place was the pool & BBQ area where we could host parties. Secured neighborhood with lots of longtime tenants. But we were forced to moved due to our neighbor from hell, boy she was our worst nightmare. Her name was Yvonne, she mind our business like she lived in our home. She literally knocked on our door to tell us to switch the TV station because we were watching Kevin Hart, guess the cuss words here and there bothered her (the volume wasn’t even that high) and once the kids had friends over and we weren’t home and the next day she came knocking on our door saying that «I heard kids swearing in your home yesterday» WHO DOES THAT? Almost as if she was psycho & controlling, it’s none of nobody’s business what we do, what we watch, what we say in our own home. But that’s just the 2 of the many of incidents she came in meddling in our lives. Other than that we loved living there, we also had a golf course view and woke up to the birds chirping every morning!

Not impressed with the management. rude, pretentious. demanding only caring about their own bottom line.
Look elsewhere!

I have lived here for 2 years now. It is gated, quiet for the most part. Some people are out meeting everyone, but most people stay to themselves. Back part is on the golf course, makes for nice walls at night. I see a lot of dog owners letting their dogs run free on the course. Most residents are polite.
Unfortunate, some residents do not watch their kids, allowing them to throw away the trash into the dumpsters, but the kids are unable open the tips if it is full, or the kids just throw it next.
Otherwise, I am very very happy here. Very quiet, pile people. Nice resident manager. Well maintained and taken care of here.
