Fantastic cleaning with beyond excellent service! Yes. very few get my 5 stars rating and this is one of them. Our office was extremely filthy when we took over it. We found these guys on… Unilocal (of course) and took a chance. They had to clean our carpet twice to get most of the dirt out. We wouldn’t have known how dirty the carpet truly was because we thought the color was suppose dark grey. We now have light grey carpet! We could not recognize our office after «ITS» came through with their powerful tools and magic wand.
Pros:
1) quick to respond
2) above and beyond quality cleaning
3) clean the impossible
4) all about customer satisfaction… they make sure that you are beyond please. yes there is such a thing
5) reliable
6) no dirt left behind. that ought to be their slogan

Use this company! ITS Clean Hawaii is such a wonderful company! The customer service is great, everyone I have met from the company so far is very friendly and YOUR HOUSE WILL LOOK GREAT! They clean so great and are very fast. We first found ITS Clean for a move out clean and since signed up for a once a month clean. I look forward to them coming every month. You won’t find a better deal on the island!

Excellent service, prompt and were able to get the «dried crunchy» shampoo and debris left by a former tenant. Would definitely recommend and request service again.
