Great community! Very well kept and a lot of military personnel living here. Just hope it doesnt become ghetto in a coupe of years.

Ocean pointe is a great neighborhood! The only downside is street parking. You can park on the street but they will only allow you to park on certain stretches of the road, I don’t know their reason but I think it’s very dumb… Besides that, you’re very close to everything. Grocery stores, gas stations, schools, lakes, etc are all within a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.
