This range is an ok outdoor range. The only reason i gave them a 3 vice a 2 star review is because their crew here who run the range is good to go. Outside of that this range can get hot real quick because of it being an outdoor range with very minimal shade/cover if you have a full range of shooting. Also, we had to cut the grass ourselves because they are understaffed, only at the range we used, delta I believe.

Generally the staff here are experts at what they do. Once or twice there are a few hiccups, but this is one if the best ran ranges the military has to offer.

Puuloa puts alot of effort into getting everyone done In a timely manner. They also have a soda mess inside of the pit, and also on the firing line.

Better range than most ranges I’ve been to! Also more convenient. Half of the time I go out to a range I’m standing around waiting for the range to go hot(clear to fire). We showed up on this range, got our safety brief and were clear to for at max 20 mins as oppossed to waiting for 4 hours at other ranges. The terrain on the ranges is pretty smooth with few big rocks or pebbles so there’s not much of a risk of injury if there’s a need to run down the ranges. In general it looks really well maintained as far as all of the appliances, shooting tables, sitting benches, and target stands. This range can accommodate 80 shooters, two at each table. Much better, convenient and safer than the overseas ranges.
