I can understand that this bank small and not much traffic comes thru but SERIOUSLY. out of the 3 Windows.1 is helping customers. the other one is behind the window doing whatever. not even acknowledging that an available teller will be right with us and thank you for your patience. there’s one employee who walked in with groceries(probably because she didn’t have time to do it after work) and another employee who looks like a manager that answers the phone«hello» with the typical moke accent. did I mention that the line is close to the entry door? I’m writing still cause I’m waiting in line. good enough length to figure out how lone the waiting time is. I would be totally ok if at least customers were acknowledged but I guess customer service can be least expected here! FINALLY! My turn.

I have been banking here for years! They have always been nice and the service is quick. Even after they changed over to the new system the ladies were very patient answering all of my questions. Like everyone else wish I had more money to save!

I like banking here. The staff may not be overly chatty, but they make me feel comfortable. This is good because they dont spend most the time having nonsense conversations like some banking establishments do. I’ve never had any problems with WOFCU and enjoy the business relationship we have.

Majority of employees here are serious, although it is a bank, only a few experiences were pleasant. It seems as if you aren’t being serviced like your money is in their hands & with them & they should make you feel as welcome & comfortable as possible. I am a strong believer that credit unions are much better for banking services versus any other general bank. Credit Unions are smaller & usually have better rates & banking options. The only problem with this credit union is if for any reason your account becomes overdrawn there is a $ 30 fee per transaction regardless of the amount. Only recently will $ be pulled out of your saving automatically, so if you have majority of your money in your savings like myself & should you use your debit for a charge, etc. like in my case it was an accident. Your screwed with fees :/ There was another inconvenient upsetting situation when a new security system for online banking took effect, so I personally had to go to the bank to reset my password & login. After being able to log in from home the day of, I was kicked off the next day & the security breach was up again. I would understand if I could reset it from home or have a banker help me over the phone, but that was not the case. So I currently still do not have access to online banking from home. Another incident was when I needed to go in to printout my statements for my mother-in-law, actually this was the same time when I had to reset my login & password. Anywho, the teller advised me i had to pay $ 5 per statement, if my mother in law didn’t need it right away, it would’ve been smart to print from home(who knows there may have been a chance I would’ve been kicked out again). By all means don’t get me wrong, I like the fact that I’m with a credit union to bank with, but based on my past & recent experiences, I will be searching for a new credit union to bank with. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of a doubt numerous times, but failed every time. I plan on using this credit union just to keep $ in savings & minimal funds in checking, then cut up my card so I don’t make that mistake I did ever again & do active banking with another credit union.
