I had the opportunity to visit Captain Dry Clean again on Tuesday to drop off a pant suit for Arlene. Oh, why do we wait for the last minute to realize we need to visit the dry cleaners? I have my theories, but I’ll save them for another time.
There’s no need to fear, Captain Dry Clean is here! Seriously, since all work is done on-​premises, I didn’t need to worry about her rush dry cleaning being done on time. The counter person was quick to take in Arlene’s stuff, and assure me that it will be ready when we needed it.
As promised, I picked it up late this afternoon. Once again, I was pleased with the cleaning quality, the quick service, the professional wrapping and the reasonable prices.

Website says you’re «open now». Open on Sunday until 6:00? Awesome. I drive all the way out early Sunday morning to drop off my suits… well, you’re not open on Sundays and apparently haven’t been for some time because the sign on the door shows Sunday hours as CLOSED. Fix your website. Or open on Sundays, or don’t, because I probably won’t be back.

Worst dry cleaning services ever. They charge an arm and a leg, which would be fine if they actually did a nice job. I normally take my clothes to a $ 1.99 dry cleaner and they always do a great job. But I specifically took an expensive color block dress with real leather to this dry cleaner because of the reviews on Unilocal and my boyfriend takes his shirts there and never had a complaint. Captain dry clean completely ruined my dress. They damaged the leather and stained the white part of the dress with black spots. Worst part… It’s been 5 weeks and nothing has been resolved. I go back every Friday and the owner has a new excuse. Also, he charged me $ 25 to get it cleaned! Still no refund or insurance claim. It’s absurd. Avoid this place. Too expensive, poor quality, and bad customer service.

Ahhhh Captain Dry Clean, how I’ve missed you the last couple weeks!
This place is simply the best. Mike is always holding down the fort, keeping me looking presentable to the outside world. They do pickup and drop off, specialty items, all in a timely manner. Everything is always done perfectly and the price is very fair.
I really don’t know what else to say about Captain Dry Clean besides the fact that they have the coolest name and logo for a dry cleaning company possible.

Mike W, The Captain, and team rock. They pick up and drop off at home. All green. Consistent. Attn to detail. If there is. Button missing they replace it. So far mike has also sent bags of things left in my pockets from cuff links, collar stays, band cash! Really good marketing 2 for 1 deals. Love everything. Best part. They come to me twice a week. Simple note with special instruction if needed. I called to have my cuff Link shirt sleeves clipped. The captain now always does it. Highly recommended. For dry cleaning there never seems to be a difference between all the choices expect most go out of bus. Big diff here. Looking up mikes background he is well educated and a former top dog at UBS. Go Big. Go Green. Go Home!

After moving to Ewing, I decided to try out Captain Dry Clean based solely upon the positive reviews I saw here on Unilocal and their cool, comics-​influenced website. I was really happy that I chose them. You’ll enjoy their fast, effective dry cleaning and competitive prices. I was particularly impressed with the service I received. The owner was personable, pleasant and glad to see that I chose his business. I’ve never had better customer service from any dry cleaner.
