Dan is great, friendly, informs you of the process in advance, listens to your concerns and wants, and is willing to come back to fix any issues. Dan does quality work unlike many plumbers in the area.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an «emgergency job» that morning. That’s fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing. AVOID.
