Test drove a used car with dead battery and they promised they’d check it over. Sent me home with dead battery and burnt out brake lights(2). When I told them about the battery the dealership guy actually said«aw, that sucks.» Hard sell on the extended warranty was off-putting also. When I got to DMV, Chuck Anderson had neglected to give me all the paperwork. The employee at DMV even called them and they told me to bring the car back in, thus requiring more missed work. Terrible they don’t know what paperwork DMV needs. Everyone is friendly here. Price was OK. This is my first experience going with a local dealership rather than shopping for the best deal. I would not buy a car here again though.

Really good buying experience and finance guy was heck of a guy from my brothers home town. I’m not easy to sell vehicles to– I’m a very difficult customer when buying vehicles and they handled it well. Only vehicle I have ever bought that didn’t come with full tank, again I think a biproduct of my ‘shrewd’ negotiation tactics. No hard feelings fellas– I’ll be back. Nick Anderson was a good guy as well. Class outfit.

I love Chuck Anderson Ford. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and always there to greet ya at the door. The owner is always arouind and very friendly as well. The service department has a great team who is fast and courteous and gets me in and out. I am always offered coffee or water while waiting. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Chuck Anderson.
