McDonald’s

Pay close attention to the screen when you were using the drive-​through. They will upcharge you without asking. I just ordered a breakfast number one and the girl upcharged me to a medium coffee without asking. She was pissy with me when I asked why I was being charged when I thought a coffee came with the meal. She then explained a small comes with the meal. I never paid attention before this but I know I’ve been up charged in the past based on what I paid previously versus today when I paid attention and caught it. I will never return to this McDonald’s this is a really slimy practice.

I go here a lot (Duke). I love it, great food, great service. They are very relaxed if you want to film in there too. It’s awesome. Never change, McDonald’s if Excelsior.

I’m giving this four stars, but they’re McDonald’s stars. The service is OK. If you ask for a water, they’ll give you a small cup to fill up at the pop dispenser for free. Not sure if this is unique or if all McDonald’s do this because it’s the only one I’ve tried it at. There are old pictures of historical events and things around Lake Minnetonka decorating the inside. It’s right along the Lake Minnetonka LRT bike trail, so it’s convenient for bikers and walkers. The photo I’m submitting is of the hand dryer in the women’s restroom. It’s kind of funny (at least to my inner 12– year old) that someone scratched out select parts of words to make it say «1. Push Butt. 2. Rub Gently Underarm Hair (you can barely tell but they scratched in an H) 3. Stops Automatically.) Overall, a good McDonald’s.
