Stopped by three times, each within the posted open hours on the door. No signs stating differently, but they were closed all three times. Called, no updates on the recording. It’s Sunday at 2:50 pm, door and recording state 12 – 4 on Sunday’s. They are closed.

Worst customer service EVER for a local small business! Slow, unhelpful staff. No one ever asks if they can assist you. We dropped a trumpet off for repair and were told it would take 1 week, it took 1 month and that was only after we checked in 4 times. At one point they could not even locate our instrument. On 2 occasions the guy at the front desk was on a personal phone call and made no attempt to end the call to assist us. 1 time the employee was out on the sidewalk talking with someone when we walked in and he did not come in to help us for 5 minutes. Terrible on each attempt.
