Super friendly and knowledgable staff! They helped me size a bike for my daughter, had it ordered, and put together for me. They are more expensive than than big stores but the quality is amazing compared to what you would find at Toys R Us.

I love this store and all the wonderful mechanics and people who work here. I have purchased three bikes from them over the last few years and they are great at helping customers make informed decisions, fixing issues with my bikes and my boyfriend’s bike. We stop here frequently and are always amazed at the great service offered by Exeter Cycles. I am totally loyal to this shop and recommend them to all my friends who need a bike shop for a bike or a repair.
Additionally, they keep dog treats on hand and always have let me know my dogs are welcome in the store. My dogs love to go to Exeter Cycles also!

This is my favorite shop on the planet. And I’m not just speaking hyperbole. The owner, JG and his crew, spearheaded by Billy, have an incredibly friendly, knowledgable, professional operation. Their bike selection is outstanding and they can get stuff at the snap of your fingers if it’s not on site. Their location is perfect, easy parking… Plus their coffee in the mechanic area is tasty!
