My wife and I have ordered flowers from Exeter flower Co for years and they always do a great job!

We worked with Janna for our wedding flowers. She is the best!
Janna was always very willing to listen and offer her expert opinion. She was very knowledgable and not at all pushy. We live a few hours north of Exeter– Janna was always willing to accommodate us when we were in town. She was also very good about getting back to us.
We ordered the following:
bride bouquet– calla lillies
groom boutonnière– calla lille
uncle boutonnieres– white rose
bridesmaid flower for hair– gardenia
centerpieces for 27 tables– garlands with dark pink carnations
extra pink carnations for DIY flower girl bouquets
Notes:
Our wedding was in June in 105 degree weather– we were very concerned but all the flowers made it through the entire day and looked gorgeous.
Their prices are not the lowest but we went with them because we loved working with Janna.
A few weeks later we were in Exeter and in need of flower arrangements. We didn’t think twice– we went straight to Janna :)

I ordered flowers from Exeter Flower Co. on Thursday ⁴⁄₃ for my mother in laws service. We had looked through the website of several companies in the area and I got on the phone and talked with Angeline about the flowers in the arrangement. I wanted to confirm the availability of the flowers in the arrangement because we wanted it to look as much like the picture on the website as possible. We were told they couldn’t get the lavender gladiolus but they would substitute lavender larkspur. They didn’t have the lavender Peruvian lillies or the emerald palm fronds but we agreed as long as they tried to keep with the lavender as purple was my mother in laws favorite color.
Saturday, 4÷5÷2014 the day of the service they sent us a picture before it was to be delivered and we were very disappointed as there was so much pink and the original arrangement did not even have gerbera daisies. It certainly did not look like the original picture at all.
I don’t appreciate being blatantly lied to. I specifically called to make sure the flowers would be available and instead of blindly ordering off the internet. If they could not provide the arrangement in the picture on their FTD website they should have been honest up front. My next email will be to FTD.

Horrible! I called on valentines day (i know last minute) and tried to get my mother flowers sent to her since I attend college at UCSB and couldn’t deliver them myself. Their employees told me that since it was so last minute and because delivery person was leaving now that it couldn’t be a valentine bouquet but rather something random that they would put together. I then told them that she gets off at 4 oclock so it had to be delivered by then. I payed about 100 $ so that they could DELIVER and was somewhat satisfied at the time. However, later my mom calls and tells me she got the flowers but she had to drive herself wondering who bought them for her and go pick them up herself since there was a problem with the delivery people. How unprofessional and ghetto. When i called to verify the worker then told me that they added extra flowers to make up for the no delivery. How am i supposed to know that? I dont care if there was 6 bouquets of roses there, the special part was for her to receive them at work. If i wanted my mom to go pick up her own flowers i wouldve ordered them from visalia since she lives there. This was my moms first valentines day alone since she divorced the week before. I was trying to make it special for her, but instead Exeter Flower Company ruined it. I have never been more disgusted with a place and highly recommend you order elsewhere.
