This place is so Awesome! Great service and great food! They have coffee, lattes, tea, smoothies, sandwiches, paninis, muffins, potato salad, fruits and veggies, and they have gluten free bread and brownies!!! I love coming here after hiking Rocky Hill since its good and they’re open earlier than anyone else!

Maybe it’s my fault and ordered a nasty drink but it was super gross and it aasy five dollars for a sixteen ounce. Wish I could have experienced a great coffee shop like everyone has.

Spent $ 9 on a sandwich, with salad, and cookie. Took one bite of the sandwich and threw it in the trash. I ordered the roast beef with everything. It was more like canned, potted meat. Like cat food consistently. The broccoli salad was severely over dressed in mayo, and inedible as well. The only thing that I was able to enjoy was the cookie. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service is decently friendly.

Tasty coffee and excellent service! The ladies here are always in a great mood and make time to have a quick chat, which I really appreciate. 5-star customer service!

HAve frequented a few times for coffee and it is always good. I needed to grab some sandwiches for a lunch meeting. I ordered the sandwich platter. People at the office were amazed and wanted to know where I got them. All of the sandwiches are fresh and feel like they are made at home, only better. Just remember this place is not just coffee. Great friendly service and wonderful food also.

OHMY! People please buy from this place so it will stay standing! This is the first place I have eaten Pastrami that is not salty. It was delicious. I have also gotten their Pesto bacon chicken panninni. Damn that was one delicous sandwich. Please pardon my language, but man. Not crazy about their potato salad and their broccoli salad was not edible. The roast beef sandwich left to be desired. Their tomato soup is to die for! I think it might be even better than Whole Foods chipotle pepper soup. Yeah, it’s that good. I will keep going back to this place because of their aforementioned pannini, pastrami and pepper soup.

My go to place Capella’s was closed(5 pm) so I went to Jack’s. Ordered a single expresso taking a few minutes to explain what it was. I ended up getting a coffee with two shots of espresso — the good news although not what I wanted it did taste great– similar to a latte.

I really miss my Java Island girls, but I’m not at all disappointed with Jacks Café! All of the employees have been nice. I’ve only had one long wait and that was because they’re was only one employee. My breve white mochas are always yummy and the price is about the same as any other coffee shop. They also have breakfast burritos and assorted pastries from Hometown Emporium. There are lunch specials for under five dollars too. I’ll have to try a sandwich the next time I go!

Much cheaper and better than Starbucks. The lady at the window was much nicer than the Java Island workers in the past. I know where I’ll get my coffee from now on:) They were awesome and customizing drinks.
