Puddlejumpers

They have cute, unique stuff, and their staff are all wonderfully nice and helpful. The clothes are definitely pricey ($ 60 for a sweater, etc), but the other reviewers are absolutely correct about the quality. Perhaps a bit steep for every day, but a nice place to get a gift, or something for a special occasion, or if the child has younger siblings who can take the hand-​me-​downs. These clothes are well-​made enough that they will absolutely last through multiple kiddos. (They do have great sales, so if you can reasonably predict your kid’s size a season ahead of time, you can do well that way.)
One tiny critique — they offer gift wrapping services, but it’s kind of hit or miss depending on which staff member you get. I had something wrapped today, and the woman did such a terrible job that I had to redo it. It looked like the paper had been haphazardly wadded around the gift and had some tape slapped on it. My 5-​year-​old could have done a better job. I feel a little ungracious when the wrapping services are free, but when have something wrapped, you do hope that the gift will be presentable. I would have been ashamed to give anyone a gift that looked like that.

They have such cute kids clothes. I wanted one of everything for my niece. I settled on the adorable raincoat. Can’t wait to see her in it.
