I have purchased two safes from Visalia Safe.
First one is still performing great.
I had the second his and hers safe was custom built and shipped across the US to my home in Atlanta.
From day one I have had issues with one of the locks and both handles had plating peeling off.
I asked for replacement handles and a lock and have yet to receive any support.
In fact they now want to charge me for defective equipment.
You get what you buy.
If it works good — great!
When it doesn’t you are out of luck.
Use Caution.

If you have valuables that are difficult if not impossible to replace, you owe it to yourself to consider this firm to custom build a safe to protect your valuables.
I have been researching safes for several years and discovered that what looks secure is more often than not all glitz and no function. Visalia safes start with wall thicknesses much thicker than any of the well known manufacturers. Couple that with ceramic fire insulation for a safe that will do a credible job of protecting your valuables until emergency services arrives.
Couple construction methods with their willingness and ability to tailor what they make to your needs and this is an American firm I am proud to patronize.
