Danish Countryside Vines & Wines

A nice stop if you visit Elk Horn and the Danish museum or windmill. Such a beautiful vineyard and so quiet on a secluded dirt road. I came here last year but I forgot they closed and were open by appointment only January, February, and March.
Love the peach wine and wanted to stop in for more! Owner is super nice and gave us a tour.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this place after the Danish Windmill stop and I must say that I LOVED this place! The owner is so kind and so willing to answer questions! We took a stroll through the vineyards and then he took us inside to look at the processing of the wine, and since it’s a small scale winery, it’s not like Napa Valley with the barrels lined up and the corking and bottling done on a large scale. They definitely put a lot of love and care into their product and the owner showed us around and after that we had a wine tasting. It was very delicious wine, I wanted to take them all with me, but for the sake of the wine, we could not, because we were traveling across country.
But this place is such a gem! I am so glad that we decided to stop! It’s beautiful and the people are so kind!
