So, Jack Jr. finally came by to fix the broken window after about a month. He was really nice, and the repair only took about five minutes (even though his father, Jack, said that there was no way he could fix it– without even stopping by the apartment). So overall, not a great experience with these guys– and hopefully they won’t take as long (or be as rude) to other customers.
