I just finished my introduction week with my mom at Bikram Yoga and it was great! The feeling after each 1.5 hour session is really relaxing. Initially the heat might feel intense(believe me, I fainted my first day because I went dehydrated). But with time, it only gets better! The instructors are all really nice and so are the people who go there. Everyone is super friendly so don’t be scared to go try it. Especially because for your first introduction week, it costs $ 20 for a whole week of any sessions you feel like attending. Thus, I definitely recommend everyone to try it! It will be a nice experience, just for fun.

This studio and the owner, Kristin Sapp, are outstanding! It is sparkling clean, provides spacious mens and womens locker and shower facilities, and the hot room is perfectly temperature controlled. Bikram yoga is accessible to everyone, no matter weight, injury, or physical stamina. If you are willing to make the commitment, it will literally change your life. It is not uncommon to have 1 – 2 beginners in each Bikram class, so if you are on the fence, I urge you to give a shot. Again, Bikram Exton is a perfect place for your introduction to the 26 postures!

Well I was recommended to try Yoga, not just any yoga Bikram Yoga. I bicycle, lift and run, simply put I like to stay in shape. Well I was told it is an hour and a half workout performing 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, but the really great part is the room is 105 degrees. Hmmm… Well I took one class and after that one class, I was amazed at how I felt. They offer a intro week price which I took them up on and found myself craving the feeling I received from the workout. Bikram Yoga is beneficial in so many way, I find I have received a full body workout, along with a rejuvenation and recharging of my body, mind and spirit. The studio is extremely nice, men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with showers, so you can leave after rinsing off the 1−½ of sweat. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, she is a great teacher who cares about her students, making sure everyone who comes in no matter what shape or size receives her attention. It is not about what you look like or how«good» at yoga you are, it is about you coming and receiving the benefits of the practice, you have to go to see what it is all about.
