In these days of throwing everything away, Blacks Bags offers a unique alternative — friendly, inexpensive, and quick luggage repair. I have had 3 bags repaired over the years, including a new set of wheels (damaged by my airline) and never had anything but outstanding service.
If you’re looking for a new bag or travel accessory, you’ll find a wide selection, most at truly reduced prices.

I had a bag repaired there. It came back like new. The people (owners) were very courteous and knowledgable. They have a great selection of luggage, business cases & travel accessories. I highly recommend this retailer.

Would give zero stars if I could. Completely rude and inflexible. Wouldn’t take return without receipt at Christmas. Even had their tag on it. Don’t shop here

They have a great selection of luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose a great piece! They also repaired a piece I had purchased elsewhere that I thought I could not get repaired. Highly recommended!

I took a bag in to get the wheels replaced, he said he would have it back better than new. The bag came back with wheels that do not fit on the axles so they wobble, the brackets were pop riveted on with aluminum rivets that are too short so they are not holding even getting it home versus the heavy duty and much larger steels ones that came on it. Essentially the bag is now junk, and it costs $ 56! Tried to talk to them and suddenly English not so good. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN, and I have been a good customer and bought numerous bags from them. Now I have a $ 500 piece of junk, thanks!!!
