I stayed in this hotel during my time attending Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show. The hotel was extremely clean; staff was very friendly; and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I usually am not a fan of staying in hotels, but this was the exception. There was not one part of this hotel I didn’t like except for the noisy AC unite (but I am a very light sleeper). Check-in and check-out was also very easy and time-friendly. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the area. It is convenient, clean, and has access to many good food locations.

I grew up in the Exton/Dowingtown, PA area and it is great to be able to visit and stay in such a nice place. I love this place! It is very clean, friendly staff, and in a perfect location from many great local places. I really enjoyed the breakfast because the staff kept it very clean and they were friendly and helpful during my stay. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area, plus you can walk to Red Robin and Isaac’s for lunch or dinner if you do not wish to drive anywhere. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I visit again!

I love this place! I go to eat at the Red Robin next door or they deliver to my room. The waffles in the morning are perfect and Nancy, the waitress, is so friendly.
The rooms are huge in comparison to all the other hotels in the area including the new Hilton Garden inn.
The wifi is really fast and the hot tub is always nice. Try hanging out in the lobby and doing your work on the laptop. It makes work seem less mundane.
This is the nicest Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed at and the staff is always helpful and caring.

Great value! In a fantastic location with plenty to eat nearby this place is a gem! LARGE rooms that are clean, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave in the room, and quiet despite how close it is to the road.
Has a pool although I must be honest and say I have never gone in it. Within stumbling distance to Red Robin for those who like to drink but don’t want to be out driving.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Even under some trying circumstances posed by us, the staff was great and worked hard to help us out. Breakfast was plentiful and as good as one would expect or better. I would definitely stay here again without any qualms. Any modern convenience you would need is either in their little convenience shop or within a very short walk or drive.
