They have a moving truck on site available for move in only, your on your own moving out, that wasn’t explained moving in. While cleaning my unit one afternoon I had some ripped boxes that i didn’t want to store in the unit and a few items that were no longer good after bring in a storage unit for over a year. I pulled up to the dumpster and noticed a gate with a lock and a sign that read «dumpster for property use only see management». The sign is misleading so I call management as stated for claification. Bambi explains to me that the dumpster is for employee use and that tenants had to take trash with them. Several months ago I moved things into here from another place storage unit that was a complete hole in the wall but they at least let me have full access of the dumpster. I was never explained the policy regarding trash when moving in and never thought to ask. Moving forward that will be on my list of questions to ask if I ever need another storage unit. The end result was me taking my trash with me. I feel like if I have to pay $ 171 monthly for a 10×10 I should be able to have use of the dumpster. Overall this location is clean and you leave knowing your things are secure, but they need to better explain their policy when moving in.

This place is horrible!!!
The manager and his worker bee arent very communicative/​friendly. This property manager hould have made it clear when we got the unit that they do not have a dumpster for tenants that have purchased units there. I’ve NEVER been to a storage that did not have a dumpster. I was told «what you bring in here it must leave with you».
Needless to say we will be moving our furniture.
