Bought a pair of pants here wore them twice and they were through on the side. They would not take them back with shocking considering their prices. They said its a company policy and I informed them I will never buy anything there ever again.

We purchased and prepaid 8 suits in the Reading store for my son’s September, 2012 wedding with sizing and pickup in Exton, Reading and Center City Philadelphia. When the wedding party went to their designated store for the fitting, the staff did not know how to look up the orders, couldn’t find the orders in the computer and wanted to charge each person again for the suit without any discounts. The best man was fitted in the Philadelphia (center city) location. When he went to pick up the suit the week before the wedding, they couldn’t find the order again and finally told him that he had already picked up the suit and questioned him if he was trying to get another suit from them. They are very disorganized in each store. I would not recommend this merchant. We had 2 of our children’s wedding this year and unfortunately had this experience this this well know merchant. However, we worked seamlessly with Men’s Warehouse with our daughter’s wedding and had a great experience in their Exton store. I would recommend Men’s Warehouse in Exton for service and quiality products.
