I love kohls, but I have had a bad experience at
. On more than one occasion, I ordered one item, and received another. Having ordered running shoes for a race, then receiving a men’s jacket is just not good service.

I love this store. Always a lot of guard merchandise on sale, and when I ever have an issue with returning an item, or finding in the item, there is always an employee there who seems happy to help me. That’s hard-​to-​find and a lot of stores now a days. I was shopping in the pre-​Christmas craze and always was able to get great service and answers to any questions without having to try very hard. The prices are great, there are always great sales, and I really enjoy shopping there. Go Kohl’s!

Your associates were very helpful.
The way your managerial staff treats those helpful associates is terrible. I worked in retail for four years during college and I was NEVER treated the way I witnessed associates be treated by their managers there (on more than one occasion) safe to say the Exton location will no longer have my service.

The people who work at the store are usually very helpful. The
site is a great place to find far more merchandise. The people who answer on customer service are very accommodating. Although the interest rate is high, the credit card allows you to have additional discounts every time you shop. It is a good place to find good items on sale too.

I stopped by last night while in the area and was pleasantly surprised.
While I don’t usually find prices in Kohl’s very tempting, their jewelry clearance had some wonderful hidden gems.
The cashier was also very pleasant although it was about 9:30PM.
