Honestly, I had a great experience here. The salesmen were patient and helpful, and worked with me to find a great carpet within my budget! I went to another carpet store as well as Home Depot and the products and pricing were better here at Lomax. Installation was done quickly, professionally and courteously :). I will absolutely use them again.

So disappointed! I looked at several stores for the perfect pattern carpet. I needed 6 stair treads and a 10 ft. runner made. Only a $ 350 order so nothing gigantic. They told me it would take 8 weeks to come in — I ordered in April and it would be here in June. Sure, I really wanted the carpet so why not wait 2 months?
Well, the end of June came and I got a call that my order wouldn’t be ready until the end of August. I was pissed. Girl on the phone told me it was coming from over seas and they were at the mercy of the company. Damn overseas companies!
This is the reason why Lowes and Home Depot put these other companies out of business.
