This company rips people off durring their time of emergency and crisis. If I could give them negative stars I would. I used them recently after our house flooded and not only do they not keep their word on their pricing, but they also don’t even complete the job. Spoke briefly to the owner who seemed just as ignorant. He doesn’t seem to have any experience in running a company and should probably work for a fast food company instead. He kept repeating customer satisfaction in his conversation, but failed to fix any of the issues I had. The only way I would use Damage Control again was if it was under new ownership/​management.
