Amazing lobster ravioli If you’re into ravioli/​noodles! The seafood stuffed tilapia was average hence why I couldn’t give the place a full 5 stars. one
more minor reason I didn’t is due to the hosts’ attitude. Our server was tentative and quick. Food came out in a timely manner and they give plenty of complimentary yummy house bread! We are currently outside along the water. It’s a beautiful site! This place was definitely worth the 40 minute drive we went to check it out. Y’all should too. oh, and as far as craft beer goes if you’re into that. only two. :/​I’m drinking their two hearted ale. Nonetheless; great

I went for dinner here with the girlfriend and the kids and we had a great time. The scenery is nice as it overlooks Lake St. Clair and it is very quaint and nice crowd here. There is a bar we sat at while we waited and just had a beer and wine.
The food and service were great, I had a burger which was very good. It is hard to mess up a diner burger and everyone else loved their food. I liked the place and they had a live band there playing some music to liven up the place.
It is probably a blast in the summer time to sit by the water and the scenery is just great here. I liked this place very much and will return.

Prices keep escalating but quality is declining. I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed dinner here but the menu choices seem to have declined and they are charging now for a salad. Dinner comes with coleslaw or tomato garlic soup. If you want a different soup or a salad it’s an extra buck. My coconut shrimp was pretty good but my companion’s salmon was way overcooked and her fries were laying in a pool of butter from her fish. We would recommend you avoid the fried Apple dessert which was described by our server as sauteed. It was deep fried in a coating that was salty and hard like a rock. Clearly it had been either microwaved or refried. Disgusting! Not sure I’ll be back which is a shame since the location on lake St Clair is beautiful…

Ate there on Easter Sunday for dinner. Inpressed with the quality of food, the service, and location. It overlooks Lake St. Clair at the North tip. We had coconut fried chicken and it was incredible. The service hints of family ownership, very committed to ensuring an enjoyable experience and great food. We plan to make this a regular stop on a weekend day trip.

We have eaten there several times in the past. Today I tried the 8 ounce top sirloin and I wasn’t impressed. The steak had no flavor, the steak sauce they used was bland. The garlic mashed potatoes are usually rock solid, the portion size was less than normal.
The service was really good as our waitress was training another.

Drastic improvement since the last time we were here. We had to make reservations which was fine.
I ordered panko breaded rockfish which came with a half pound and garlic mashed potatoes. Excellent, will definitely eat that again. Wife had the chicken Marsala without mushrooms, she enjoyed that as well.

Fabulous Thanksgiving meal. And the waitress was phenomenal. I would highly recommend repairing the parking lot.

Yummy dinner with the hubs! Pile O’Perch and Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli. Very tasty food, crisp fries, loved the Tomato & Garlic Soup, and the bread is addicting. Fast service too. It needs some updating– all the booth seats have butt indentations. And they should invest in one of those small, quick, vacuum things.

Best food ive ever ate. Great place for dates. Go there casual or dressy. Rustic feel and great atmosphere. Lobster mac is awesome!!! Worth the drive. Oh if you have boats you can park them right there on water. Beautiful views of water. Nice outside area too.

It’s simple. This place is not good. Food and service are not good. The only thing it has going for it is the location. It’s right on the lake.

I really liked the food, the service was attentive, (without being overbearing), and the view of the water was awesome. My only disappointment was that it had just rained quite hard, so we couldn’t sit outside (not their fault at all!). I will say, I felt young as the crowd was on the older side. My son had the lime Tuna, with wild rice and coleslaw. Topped with shrimp, it was quite tasty, and cooked as he requested (rare). I had the chicken with sun dried tomato and green olives. Sounded a bit on the edge, but it was very good. A bit salty (likely due to the number of olives and possibly the sun dried tomatoes), and a bit over done. The chicken was pounded to a pillared, so really does not require much cook time at all. Lots of folks getting the perch, but we went a bit rogue. Glad we did. Oh, and the cosmo was SPOT ON! we will return. I will say lots on the menu was breaded, so not many choices for gluten free options. I did not ask if the perch could be made without breading, but I will ask next time. It seemed quite popular.

Our first visit was today and we’ll definitely be back!
I had the crab stuffed flounder with lobster cream sauce and my spouse had the perch. Both were very good, seafood tasted very fresh, expertly prepared. We started with calamari which appeared to be flash fried to perfection and served atop a lemon butter sauce with capers. De-​lish! We also had an appetizer of mini crab cakes. They were good, maybe a little bland, but definitely packed with crab meat. We also had a couple specialty drinks which were tasty.
We sat out on the spacious patio/​deck/​boat dock area overlooking the lake. It’s a beautiful view, and even better with a live band, which they apparently have on the weekends. The service was outstanding and they made us feel at home!
The prices are reasonable also, especially considering how expensive seafood is in Michigan. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. Great place!!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The bread is excellent, as is the calamari. I usually get the crab stuffed flounder or the perch. Both are delicious. I love the setting, right on the water. We still have yet to sit outside, but hopefully will be able to do so this summer. I wish we were able to make it out here more often. Prices aren’t too bad. I wish the coupons they offered extended beyond Monday through Thursday, as we only make it out Friday or Saturdays when we are able to go.

Been there several times food always pretty good today got my filet and got my garlic mashed potatoes with an extra long hair in them. Had to wait another 10 minutes to after they were sent back and didn’t even offer any kind of discount after my meal was ruined. Won’t be going back there anymore

Just got back from a drive: Asheville to Annapolis and back to Michigan only to find a perfect meal close to home. Creole chicken and andouille sausage tossed with peppers and onions in homemade cayenne creole sauce. The perfect burn! No need to go far for great food. The tomato garlic soup was pretty to look at and the best. Plus the waiter was polite and attentive.

Great food reasonably priced with a spectacular view of Lk. St. Clair. Outside patio is perfect for boaters who want a casual but delish meal right off the boat. Perch is highly recommended and what we usually order. House salad is a great add on. Fun outdoor bands in the summer months.

This place is great! I am a tough picky diner. The prices good the food better. Service is top notch. Andrea took very good care of us. She was attentive did not forget one item. Friendly staff and on the ball. Owner visits table to check on the guests. What can I say? I try to find good bad in every place. Ok the windows steamed up because this place is packed.
My food: Sirloin I had at a perfect medium rare. CHICAGO STYLE, I made this a steak sandwich. Pecan rice good. The cabernet fair at a fair price we had house. Chocolate mint cheese cake yummy. We will be back often. Oh I forgot live entertainment. Mellow but toe tapping.

Excellent food vegetables r fresh they could do slightly better w the meat I ordered the Maryland chicken it was still quite yummy my server Shelby was excellent!

We went here for our anniversary, and were sadly disappointed. Shirley had Chicken Parmesan which was a mistake that will not be repeated. The chicken was bland and had no seasoning. I had a Seafood Platter that in a word was Disgusting. I did not want it deep fried and was told «No Problem», It’s a slow night and they can do that. As for pan fried… the Perch was GREASY and overdone. The Tilapia was over cooked and CRISP. As for the Shrimp, over done and hard. The only thing that was good was the Hot Bread.

Bobby Mac’s Bayside Tavern. First off this is not a true tavern as explained by our server Amy. This was in fact a nice bar that one can either drive too or pull the boat up to. The beers were $ 3.00/ pint and the burgers were swell. Amy, Jill, and Courtney were very nice in this family sort of place. the atmosphere was really nice in a pinch!

The bayside is not a bad place to just stop in for a chill bite to eat. You wont be disheartened with the view and the burgers are good as well!
